Hello Brothers,

We are very much looking forward to hosting you all in Lawrence, Kansas, February 10, 2024 for the 2nd Annual Heart of America Conclave. We will have upwards of 100 brothers attending from as many as 20 chapters and 7 states. Here are a few details about what to expect at our event:

Event Location: KU Alumni Association, Jayhawk Welcome Center, 1266 Oread Ave., Lawrence, KS 66045

Dress code: Smart casual (jeans and a pullover/sweater or equivalent)

• 10 AM: Opening Session – WGT Brother Lionel de la Houssaye
• 10:30 PM: Champion Quest Session – ARM TBD (Stephan?)
• 11:15 AM: Brothers In Action Session – TBD
• 12:00 PM: Group photo and lunch
• 12:30 PM: AGC Hour – (Potentially do service project)
• 1:30 PM: Code of Conduct – TBD
• 2:15 PM: Ritual Session – TBD
• 3:00 PM: Leadership Session – TBD
• 4:00 PM – Fellowship Hour
• 5:00-7:00 – KU Watch Party with local Alumni
• State of the Fraternity address to be given at halftime
